Market research is a lot more than asking questions. Getting valuable insights into what makes your key audiences tick requires some fresh insights into motivators, competitors, and decision making dynamics.

Drawing in extensive experience in both commissioning and delivering market research, Twig Marketing Director Tim Winkler will work with you to identify the factors that will make the biggest difference to your organisation and the most efficient way to research them.

Twig specialises in rapid turn-around, small scale research, most commonly used for projects that require quick answers – such as understanding student views about a particular program, decision making processes of key influencers and communication preferences for potential students.

We also are quite transparent about the times when research extends beyond our capacity, and work with you to frame a research brief that arrows in on your most pressing challenges.


Market research can be very expensive and time consuming. We don’t do those projects.

Twig Marketing offers quick-turn around, affordable market research that will give you practical insights that you can act on quickly. Costs can be kept quite low – starting at around $4,500  for quantitative surveys and $5,500  for three focus groups, involving a total of up to 30 people.

Prices vary according to research preparation, travel, number of groups etc and itemised quotes are prepared for every potential project before work commences.
